How do I reset my password?
AccountYou can reset your password by clicking "Forgot Password" on the login page. We'll send you a secure link to create a new password.
How do I SSH into my instance?
ComputeYou can SSH into your instance using the public IP address and your SSH key. Use: ssh root@your-instance-ip -i /path/to/your/key
How is billing calculated?
BillingBilling is calculated hourly based on the resources you use. You're only charged for the time your resources are running. Check the Billing page for detailed usage.
How do I connect to my PostgreSQL database?
DatabasesYou can find your connection string in the Dashboard under Databases. Use this string with any PostgreSQL client or your application.
What's included in the free tier?
BillingThe free tier includes £25 in credits valid for 60 days, allowing you to try any of our services including compute, databases, and storage.
How do I set up a custom domain?
DNSGo to the DNS section in your dashboard, add your domain, and update your domain's nameservers to point to Fresh.dev. Full instructions are in our docs.
Can I resize my instance?
ComputeYes! You can resize instances from the dashboard. The instance will need to be restarted for the new size to take effect.
How do backups work?
DatabasesAutomatic daily backups are enabled by default for all managed databases. You can also create manual snapshots anytime from the dashboard.
