Managed Miniflux_

A fast, no-frills feed reader

Miniflux is a minimalist, fast feed reader. It keeps your RSS and Atom subscriptions in one clean, keyboard-friendly list, with an API for mobile apps.

From £5 a month, VAT included. No server to run.

  • HTTPS and your own domain
  • Health checks and restarts
  • Security updates underneath
  • Reading news without the noise
  • Keyboard-driven reading
  • Following blogs
  • Feeds for scripts and apps

First steps

  1. Sign in. When the app is live, open it in the console and choose Reveal admin password; it is shown once, so save it in your password manager. Then sign in at your-name.apps.fresh.dev/.
  2. Add feeds, or import an OPML file from your old reader under Settings › Import.
  3. Learn the keyboard shortcuts: press ? anywhere.
  4. Create accounts for anyone else yourself; there is no sign-up.

Use the API

Create an API key under Settings › API Keys to read your feeds from scripts or apps. Fever and Google Reader access for mobile apps are under Settings › Integrations.

curl -H "X-Auth-Token: your-api-key" \
  "https://your-name.apps.fresh.dev/v1/entries?status=unread"

Good to know

  • Miniflux sends no email, so keep the admin password safe.
